Marlowe and Shakespeare

„The circumstances of [Marlowe’s] slaying are set forth in detail in the legal records; a jury of sixteen accepted the coroner’s findings.  But of such impossibilities the anti-Stratfordians make instruments to plague us,“ Schoenbaum wrote of claims that Christopher Marlowe had in fact written the works of Shakespeare. (Shakespeare’s Lives, Clarendon Press, 1991, p. 445)

„By now,“ he suggested, „only the most innocent will suppose the Siberian expanses separating the literary personalities of the gentle Shakespeare and iconoclastic Marlowe (described by a contemporary as of a cruel and intemperate nature) sufficient to discourage heretical speculation“ along such ‘impossible’ lines.  (Loc. cit.)

By the same token, only the most gullible will find it credible that Her Majesty‘s Privy Council had in fact written a letter to Cambridge University on 29 June 1587, expressing her Majesty‘s interest in his academic prospects and dismay about a “rumour“ about him by “those ignorant in the affairs he went about“. But that is just what the “record“ reveals.

The date of the alleged letter is exactly 26 years prior to the “accidental“ fire that burned The Globe Theatre to the ground on 29 June 1613.  In ancient creation myth, 26 is the sum of the Hebrew gematria components of the Name of JHWH, 10-5-6-5. As such, 26 years are held to correspond to a Cycle of Moses, viewed as a prelude to the Advent of Christianity.

All this has a bearing on the Shakespeare Authorship Issue in that the Privy Council‘s letter to Cambridge University serves to place Marlowe outside England for the duration of Actor Will Shakespeare’s “hour upon the stage” of The Globe. Instead, Stratfordian Myth casts Marlowe’s alter ego – diabolical “Christopher Morley” – in the role play-acted earlier by Edward de Vere.

The unspoken link between JHWH of Hebrew Creation Myth and the mysterious “Mr W. H.” of the Dedication of Shakespeares Sonnets, described therein as their “onlie begetter”, is readily apparent to anyone familiar with the imagery of ancient Creation Myth – as reflected in Cipher Play on the subject matter below – for “Mr W.H.” is none other than JHWH’s rear end!
