¹Abomination of Desolation

(Details below)

Message posted to friends on 26 February 2014:

While in Iceland last August, I met with Pétur Halldórsson at the Cafe Milano in Reykjavík. We discussed matters of mutual interest, including what my Saga Cipher work might possibly “mean“.

I took a napkin and, for emphasis, wrote down the number 438097. This is the Cipher Sum of some three dozen names of persons, institutions, dates and events during the reference period, including two famous murder cases, a sex scandal in high places, and presumptive lies told in connection therewith.

I told Pétur (what I had long surmised) that I believed that this number was associated with a watershed event in human history whose final phase was upon our world.

An earth-shaking culmination of human and spiritual evolution.

Aquarius

How strange are the manuscripts of this Friend, great traveller of the unknown, they appeared to me separately, yet they form a whole for him who knows that the colours of the rainbow give a white unity, or for the Artist for whom the black springs out from under his paintbrush, made from the six colours of his magic palette.

Pisces

This Friend, how to introduce him to you? His name remained a mystery, but his number is that of a famous seal. How to describe him to you? Perhaps like the pilot of the indestructible [imperishable] ark, impassive like a column on his white rock scanning towards the south [midday] beyond the black rock.

Aries

During my testing pilgrimage I tried to clear a path with the sword crossing the inextricable vegetation of the woods, I wanted to reach the residence of the sleeping BEAUTY in whom certain poets saw the QUEEN of a past realm. In desperation of finding my way again the parchments of this Friend were for me, the thread of Ariadne.

Taurus

Thanks to him, from now on by measured steps and a sure eye, I can discover the sixty-four dispersed stones of the perfect cube that the brothers of the BEAUTY of the black wood escaping in the pursuit of the usurpers, had scattered on their way whilst they fled from the white Fort.

Gemini

To reassemble the scattered stones, work with the square and compass to put them back in regular order, look for the line of the meridian in going from the East to the West, then looking from the South to the North, finally in all directions to obtain the desired solution, stopping in front of the fourteen stones marked with a cross. The circle being the ring [coil of snake] and the crown, and to him the diadem of this QUEEN of Castel.

Cancer

The stones of the mosaic paving of the sacred place could be alternatively black or white, and JESUS like ASMODEUS, observing their alignment, my view seems incapable of seeing the summit where the marvellous sleeping one remained hidden. Not being HERCULES with magic power, decode the mysterious symbols carved by the observers of the past. In the sanctuary however the stoup, fountain of love of the believers, reminds us of these words: BY THIS SIGN YOU SHALL CONQUER.

¹ Reference Cipher Value

441355

This is the Cipher Value of the Icelandic text of Ch. 3 of Snorri Sturluson’s Gylfaginning. The following translation is from http://www.sacred-texts.com/neu/pre/pre04.htm.

Gangleri began his questioning thus: „Who is foremost, or oldest, of all the gods?“ Hárr [High] answered: „He is called in our speech Allfather, but in the Elder Ásgard he had twelve names: one is Allfather; the second is Lord, or Lord of Hosts; the third is Nikarr, or Spear-Lord; the fourth is Nikudr, or Striker; the fifth is Knower of Many Things; the sixth, Fulfiller of Wishes; the seventh, Far-Speaking One; the eighth, The Shaker, or He that Putteth the Armies to Flight; the ninth, The Burner; the tenth, The Destroyer; the eleventh, The Protector; the twelfth, Gelding.“

Then asked Gangleri: „Where is this god, or what power hath he, or what hath he wrought that is a glorious deed?“ Hárr made answer: „He lives throughout all ages and governs all his realm, and directs all things, great and small.“ Then said Jafnhárr [Equally high]: „He fashioned heaven and earth and air, and all things which are in them.“ Then. spake Thridi [Third]: „The greatest of all is this: that he made man, and gave him the spirit, which shall live and never perish, though the flesh-frame rot to mould, or burn to ashes; and all men shall live, such as are just in action, and be with himself in the place called Gimlé. But evil men go to Hel and thence down to the Misty Hel; and that is down in the ninth world.“ Then said Gangleri: „What did he before heaven and earth were made?“ And Hárr answered: „He was then with the Rime-Giants.“

²The Gnostic concept of Jesus Patibilis

Jesus is here the god with the mission of revelation to man, a more specialized hypostasis or emanation of the Messenger, whose mission was to the captive Light in general and preceded the creation of man.  That it is he who makes Adam eat from the Tree of Knowledge explains the Christian accusation that the Manichaeans equated Christ with the serpent in Paradise.  Of the content of this revelation, the doctrine concerning „his own self cast into all things“ requires comment. It expresses the other aspect of this divine figure: in addition to being the source of all revelatory activity in the history of mankind, he is the personification of all the Light mixed into matter; that is, he is the suffering form of Primal Man.  This original and profound interpretation of the figure of Christ was an important article of the Manichaean creed and is known as the doctrine of the Jesus patibilis, the „passible Jesus“ who „hangs from every tree,“ „is served up bound in every dish,“ „every day is born, suffers, and dies.“ He is dispersed in all creation, but his most genuine realm and embodiment seems to be the vegetable world, that is, the most passive and the only innocent form of life.  Yet at the same time with the active aspect of his nature he is transmundane Nous who, coming from above, liberates this captive substance and continually until the end of the world collects it, i.e., himself, out of the physical dispersal.  (Hans Jonas, The Gnostic Religion – The Message of the Alien God and the Beginnings of Christianity, Second Edition, revised, Beacon Press, Boston, 1963, pp. 228-229)

Abomination of Desolation

(Contemporary history)

438097

Inngangsorð Sturlu Þórðarsonar

(Lokakafli Grettissögu)

Hefir Sturla lögmaðr svá sagt, at engi sekr maðr þykki honum jafnmikill fyrir sér hafa verit sem Grettir inn sterki. Finnr hann til þess þrjár greinir.

Þá fyrst, at honum þykkir hann vitrastr verit hafa, því at hann hefir verit lengst í sekð einnhverr manna ok varð aldri unninn, meðan hann var heill; þá aðra, at hann var sterkastr á landinu sinna jafnaldra ok meir til lagðr at koma af aftrgöngum ok reimleikum en aðrir menn; sú in þriðja, at hans var hefnt út í Miklagarði sem einskis annars íslenzks manns, ok þat með, hverr giftumaðr Þorsteinn drómundr varð á sínum efstu dögum, sá inn sami, er hans hefndi.

Lýkr hér sögu Grettis Ásmundarsonar.

Umsögn

Ég hef lengi þóst vera þess fullviss (a) að Sturla Þórðarson hafi skrifað þennan kafla sem nokkurs konar lykilverk að túlkun á kjarna þess sem er ‘hulið kveðið‘ í ritverkum þeirra frænda, Snorra Sturlusonar og hans; (b) að í frásögn af hefnd í Miklagarði sé hulið kveðið um þann helgidóm sem er Hagia Sophia kirkjan í Miklagarði/Istanbul; og (c) að frásögn af hefndinni sjálfri tengi Grettissögu við aldalanga leit að höfundi Brennu-Njálssögu!

Nú skal sýnt hvernig Táknmálslykill Reykholtsmáldaga varpar óvæntu ljósi á ‘hulinn kveðskap’ um þann óþekkta höfund sem kynnir sig til sögu í lokasetningu Njálu með orðunum: Ok lýk ek þar Brennu-Njálssögu. Samkvæmt táknmálslyklinum er tölugildi setningarinnar 13530:

*Halfway through the journey we are living

I found myself deep in a darkened forest,

For I had lost all trace of the straight path.

**Here powers failed my high imagination:

But by now my desire and will were turned,

Like a balanced wheel rotated evenly,

By the Love that moves the sun and the other stars.

***Men say that the end of Flosi’s life was, that he fared abroad, when he had grown old, to seek for timber to build him a hall; and he was in Norway that winter, but the next summer he was late „boun“; and men told him that his ship was not seaworthy.

Flosi said she was quite good enough for an old and death-doomed man, and bore his goods on shipboard and put out to sea. But of that ship no tidings were ever heard.

²Background on Kabbalah

The most influential Kabbalistic text was The Zohar, which was probably written in about 1275 by the Spanish mystic Moses of Leon [who] believed that God gives each mystic a unique and personal revelation, so there is no limit to the way the Torah can be interpreted: as the Kabbalist progresses, layer upon layer of significance is revealed. The Zohar shows the mysterious emanation of the ten sefiroth as a process whereby the impersonal En Sof becomes a personality. In the three highest sefiroth – Kether, Hokhmah and Binah – when, as it were, En Sof has only just „decided“ to express himself, the divine reality is called „he.“ As „he“ descends through the middle sefiroth – Hesed, Din, Tifereth, Netsakh, Hod and Yesod – „he“ becomes „you.“ Finally, when God becomes present in the world in the Shekinah, „he“ calls himself „I.“ It is at this point, where God has, as it were, become an individual and his self-expression is complete, that man can begin his mystical journey. Once the mystic has acquired an understanding of his own deepest self, he becomes aware of the Presence of God within him and can then ascend to the more impersonal higher spheres, transcending the limits of personality and egotism. It is a return to the unimaginable Source of our being and the hidden world of sense impression is simply the last and outer-most shell of the divine reality. (A History of God, Ballantine Books, New York, 1993, p. 247)

³The Gnostic concept of Jesus Patibilis

Inngangsorð

Lokaorð Guðna Ágústssonar í Morgunblaðsgrein þann 6. Október 2007 – Flosi Þórðarson á Svínafelli – mikilmenni og drengskaparmaður? – eru eftirfarandi:

I. Teningnum kastað á Þingvöllum

II. Lok frásagnar Njálu – Texti Möðruvallabókar

Flosi hratt þá fénu ok kvazk þá engan penning skyldu af hafa ok sagði, at vera skyldi annat hvárt: at Höskuldr skyldi vera ógildr, ella skyldi þeir hefna hans.  Vildi þá Flosi engi grið selja ok engi taka ok mælti til Sigfússona:  „Göngum nú heim!  Eitt skal yfir oss ganga alla.”

¹Abomination of Desolation

(Details in The Last Judgement, 24. November 2016)

[For details, see footnote 3, The Last Judgement, 24 November 2016.]

I told Pétur (what I had long surmised) that I believed that this number was associated with a watershed event in human history whose final phase was upon our world.

An earth-shaking culmination of human and spiritual evolution.

Ég ákvað að gerast bloggari á pressan.is til að geta komið skoðunum mínum í þeim efnum á framfæri.
