The Knights Templar and the Papacy

© Gunnar Tómasson

13 October 2017

Prologue

At dawn on Friday, 13 October 1307 mass arrests of Knights Templar were carried out in many parts of Europe at the instigation of the King of France and with the permission of the Pope.

The Knights Templar were tortured to confess to outrageous charges, their Order was dissolved and their vast assets confiscated.

On 18 March 1314 the Order’s Grand Master, Jacques de Molay, was burned at the stake in the square in front of Notre Dame Cathedral in Paris. All this has a bearing on what follows.

Francis Bacon was a Prophet.  In 1625, he published the final edition of a collection of Essayes, on which he had worked for 30 years.  The first essay, Of Truth, contained in the last sentence a prophecy. As outlined in the Epilogue to this posting, that prophecy may be viewed as bearing directly on both the timing and subject matter of this posting.

At the end of Bacon’s visionary work, New Atlantis – A Work Vnfinished, there is a stand-alone sentence – The rest was not perfected, 13484 – that, together with the Cipher Value of the name of Jacques de Molay, 6447, yield the Cipher Sum of 19931.

This is also the Cipher Sum of a key aspect of a mystery addressed in two best-selling books – Holy Blood and Holy Grail by Michael Baigent, Richard Leigh and Henry Lincoln, first published in 1982, and The Da Vinci Code by Dan Brown, published in 2003.  The mystery concerns a painting, Les Bergers d’Arcadie (The Shepherds of Arcadia), by Nicolas Poussin (1594-1665) that King Louis XIV was eager to acquire for his private residence.

In mid-18th a mirror image of the painting made into the centerpiece of a monument raised on the grounds of Shugborough Hall in Staffordshire, England, featuring a tomb with a sequence of letters: O U O S V A V V, carved on it between the letters DM and a Latin phrase – Et in Arcadia Ego (And I in Arcadia).

According to Wikipedia, “It has never been satisfactorily explained, and has been called one of the world’s top uncracked ciphertexts.” According to Snorri Sturluson’s Saga Cipher, the Cipher Value of the painting’s title, letters and Latin text is 19931:

7582 = Les Bergers d’Arcadie

6852 = D O.U.O.S.V.A.V.V M

  5497 = Et in Arcadia Ego

19931

The anonymous author of Brennu-Njálssaga refers to himself as EK (Icelandic for EGO) in the saga‘s final sentence. In the context of Saga-Shakespeare Myth, an author in Arcadia/Heaven is otherwise referred to as Monad, 1 as in 1 + 19931 = 19932. And therein lies an explanation of the mystery – for this Cipher Value refers to one of the most important verses of the Bible:

19932 = Foreuer, O LORD, thy Word is setled in Heauen. (Psalm 119:89, KJB 1611)

¹A New Breed of Men Sent Down From Heaven

Now the last age by Cumae’s Sibyl sung has come and gone, and the majestic roll of circling centuries begins anew: justice returns, returns old Saturn’s reign, with a new breed of men sent down from heaven.  Only do thou, at the boy’s birth in whom the iron shall cease, the golden race arise, befriend him, chaste Lucina; ‘tis thine own Apollo reigns.  And in thy consulate, this glorious age, O Pollio, shall begin, and the months enter on their mighty march.  Under thy guidance, whatso tracks remain of our old wickedness, once done away, shall free the earth from never-ceasing fear.  He shall receive the life of gods, and see heroes with gods commingling, and himself be seen of them, and with his father’s worth reign o’er a world of peace.

²Abomination of Desolation

Message posted to friends on 26 February 2014:

While in Iceland last August, I met with Pétur Halldórsson at the Cafe Milano in Reykjavík. We discussed matters of mutual interest, including what my Saga Cipher work might “mean“.

I took a napkin and, for emphasis, wrote down the number 438097. This is the Cipher Sum of some three dozen names of persons, institutions, dates and events during the reference period, including two famous murder cases, a sex scandal in high places, and presumptive lies told in connection therewith.

I told Pétur (what I had long surmised) that I believed that this number was associated with a watershed event in human history whose final phase was upon our world.

An earth-shaking culmination of human and spiritual evolution.

³Extreme Persecution

In extreme persecution, the seat of the Holy Roman Church will be occupied by Peter the Roman, who will feed the sheep through many tribulations; when they are over, the city of seven hills will be destroyed, and the terrible or fearsome Judge will judge his people. The End.

Ég ákvað að gerast bloggari á pressan.is til að geta komið skoðunum mínum í þeim efnum á framfæri.
